Yes, you can use BayaFleet card at any petrol station.
First, you can block the card from our dashboard in one click. Next, contact our customer service to report on the lost card and our team will arrange for a new card to be delivered to you. Once the card is received, simply configure the necessary limits and controls, activate the card and it's good to go.
Managers will receive instant notifications on the mobile app and dashboard for all suspicious transactions or activities such as bursting frequency limit, under utilised fuel consumption and many more.
The BayaFleet dashboard allows Managers to preset payment limits and controls. So, if a driver reaches close to the preset amount limit, or frequency limit, or worst, exceeds the limit, manager can login to the BayaFleet dashboard and reconfigure the limits and controls.
Petrol cards are only accepted at select petrol stations, while with BayaFleet, drivers can easily pay for fuel at any petrol station, and for approved fleet expenses. All fleet payments are tracked and you can also authorise payments in real-time. Plus, you can program payment limits and controls based on every card, giving you flexibility and peace of mind.
